Refund Policy.

Customer Service is extremely important to us. See below for how to get in touch.

Returns: To start a return, please contact reese@wearreallife.com. We will coordinate local pick up or shipping if the return is approved. We will email you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back before contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or was sent incorrectly. We will do everything we can to remedy the situation.

Exchanges: Please return the item you want to exchange and make a separate purchase for the item you want to exchange.

Refunds: You will be notified once the item has been received and inspected after it is returned. Please reference our return policy above. Once approved and received, you will be refunded the original amount paid to the payment method used.
